By accessing or using Forgo ("the Service"), operated by Forgo Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

Forgo is a content operating system for LinkedIn that helps users capture ideas, generate drafts in their voice, plan content, and measure performance. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a free trial available.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or input into Forgo ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use the content you submit.
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
  • Your content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or harmful material.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that impersonates others.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free trial: We may offer a free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial ends.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • Price changes:We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Forgo Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the Forgo name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before publishing.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published or shared.
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from content you choose to publish.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forgo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination upon request.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forgo Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
